After processing the plate printing can be stable, eliminates viscosity on the plate surface, increases the printing durability of plate, drying oven, 3-layer racks, insulation design, safe, and power saving.

3.    Automatic Link Flexible Plate Washer

Air-tight design, waste gas is emitted outdoor, very environmental concept. After punching holes on the exposed plates and hang on the special conducting plate, it is ready for plate washing. Automatic circulating solution, solution concentration is digitalize controlled for free setup any time. Not dripping type, therefore it absolutely not cause any clogging and breakdown problem. In the course of plate washing, it is brushed backward lying flat and rotary brushed. The wash-out plates are very neat. Pumping clean solutions to rinse the washed plats is fully automatic controlled, intermittent pumping upon arrival of plates. In order to avoid wasting, pumping quantity can be adjusted freely. Pumping stops immediately when the plates passed. Plates are rinsed with clean solution to rid of wiping the surface. Before finishing, it also passes preliminary drying, absolutely won’t dirty your hand. Can make automatic continuous plate feeding during the whole process of plate washing, mass production. There are 8 sets of memory for thick plate and thin plate adjustment, by pressing a key thickness and washing speed can be adjusted coordinately. There are 15 speeds to coordinate plate-washing speed with thickness. By pressing a key washing speed can be adjusted while the machine is running. Using high-tech man-machine interface touch control screen, operation and display is right in front of you.
